An administrative assistant performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.

Job Scope

Administrative, office services, data entry, call center/customer service

Required Skills

○ Experience with computing and softwares; MYOB, Microsoft Office

○ Excellent people skills; Ability to handle clients professionally.

○ Strong written and verbal communication skills;  Fluent in English, additionally Bahasa Malaysia/Chinese/Tamil/etc.

○ Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Required certifications

○ A minimum of STPM or equivalent

○ Possess D/B2 licenses
